From meeting to execution.
DeciDesk records the meeting, writes the summary, turns decisions into actions with an owner and a deadline, and makes sure those actions actually get done.
The DeciDesk circle
From recording to the next agenda: seven parts that interlock, meeting after meeting.
Online meetings
The bot joins your meetings in Teams, Meet and Zoom.
Paste the meeting link and DeciDesk joins. You admit the bot from the waiting room; the recording starts automatically and the conversation is transcribed afterwards.
In the meeting room
In the meeting room? Your phone records.
For meetings in a physical room, the app on your phone records. The screen shows the time and the sound level; the recording stays safely on the device until the upload has succeeded.
Summary
The summary is ready before anyone asks for it.
After the meeting, DeciDesk turns the recording into a summary: what was discussed, what was decided and which actions follow from it. The AI runs on Microsoft Azure in the EU.
The team discussed the launch of the new onboarding. The main concern is the mobile view that Tom raised. Sanne proposed a careful launch behind a feature flag.
Decided: careful launch on Thursday, November 12, behind a feature flag.
Deadlines
Every decision becomes an action with one owner.
No shared responsibility and no forgotten follow-up: every action has exactly one owner and a deadline that is visible to the whole organization in the deadline overview.
Follow-up
Every morning one email with what matters today.
Today's and tomorrow's deadlines, changes and the week list in one overview. If an action slips, DeciDesk reminds the owner. So nobody has to chase follow-up.
Hi Lisa,
These actions are due today or tomorrow:
Discussions
The chat lives with the meeting.
Questions about a decision or an action go in the chat of the meeting itself. The context stays together and nobody has to search through scattered emails and chat apps.
Assistant
Ask the assistant a question about your meetings.
The DeciDesk Assistant searches your own meetings and actions. Ask what was decided or what is still open and the answer points to the meeting it came from.

Next time
The agenda carries over to the next meeting.
Anything that is not finished appears again next time, with the date it was left open. Items from the summary appear on the agenda as suggestions. Attachments to an agenda item, such as the presentation, carry over to the next meeting as well.
That completes the circle.
The next meeting starts where the last one left off: the agenda is ready and the actions are under way.
